Good falafel, quick delivery

Breakfast spread was great

Had the وجبة فطور هاشم last Saturday with some friends. It was a really good amount of food for the price, and everything tasted super fresh. The حمص بالزيت was especially good, creamy and flavorful. Took about 40 minutes for delivery to reach us in Abdoun, which wasn't too bad for a weekend morning. Felt like a proper Jordanian breakfast. Definitely hit the spot!

Best حمص باللحمة ever!

I absolutely love Hashem! I ordered حمص باللحمة for lunch yesterday and it was incredible. Seriously the best I've had. The meat was so tender and the hummus was perfectly smooth. I also got some خبز طازج which was warm and soft, great for scooping everything up. The order came quickly too, maybe 35 minutes, and everything was packaged well. I'm already thinking about what to get next time, maybe the فلافل محشية. I tell everyone to try this place!

Pretty sure it's mostly chickpeas, herbs, and spices. Very traditional. No fava beans in their standard falafel, from what I know.

How do their falafel compare to, say, Al Kalha's? Is it a big difference?

Hashem's falafel are legendary for a reason, super crispy on the outside, fluffy inside. Kalha's are good too, but I always go back to Hashem for that classic taste.

Personally, I prefer Hashem. Their stuffed falafel hits different. Kalha's is fine, but Hashem has that old-school vibe and flavor.

They take cash mostly, but I think some delivery apps might offer card payment if you order through them. Inside, cash is king.

What's the difference between their hummus and 'qudsia'? I'm new to this stuff.

Hummus is just pureed chickpeas with tahini and lemon. Qudsia is hummus mixed with foul (fava beans). It's a bit heartier and has a different texture.

Hummus is smoother. Qudsia has the foul mixed in, so it's a thicker, richer kind of dip. Both are amazing, just depends on what you're in the mood for.
